SOULSA® was founded by-award-winning fitness instructor and presenter Karen Gibson, who has proudly won 8 awards in just 4 years, including 4 Fitness Presenter UK titles.
Becoming a fully qualified fitness instructor in 2007, Karen has dealt with many hard times in life and her purpose became clear - To spread love & happiness through her love of dance, movement and human connection, her dream was to create her own dance fitness program that was easy to follow, fun, and inclusive for everyone.
She aimed to establish a feel-good brand that spreads love and happiness, providing an escape from everyday stress while fostering a supportive environment.
