FITS UP is BACK in 2025!  After the huge success of Scotland's First Dance Fitness Event, FITS UP is back in 2025, bringing the UK'S top presenters and brands to Aberdeen.

This is a one day event showcasing the best fitness classes in the UK, with something for everyone.  We have Dance Fitness, Yoga, Relaxation, Combat based workouts and more.
